　　通过半年的努力工作，我已渐渐进入了工作的角色，我除了积极配合村干部及街道领导开展日常的工作，还发挥自身的优势创新工作。在各级领导的关心指导及自身的努力下，个人能力取得了很大的进步。新的一年开始了，我将在总结去年工作经验的基础上制定今年的工作计划，

　　一、参加各种实践，继续熟悉环境、了解村情民意

　　在去年的半年中，我以熟悉村情民意为主要工作之一，通过半年的接触我从刚进村时的门外汉到如今对芮埭村已经有了一定的了解，但是随着时间的推移，一切皆在变化，特别是我们这种处于拆迁区域的村情况更加复杂，只有加强接触和了解才能保证信息的时效性。因此，继续加强对民情的了解仍是我今年工作的重点，只有了解村民的意愿、想法才能真正为他们办实事，才能得到村民的认可。

　　二、加强村党、团组织建设

　　1、强化基层党建工作：作为芮埭村学历最高、最年轻的党员，我村党建工作自然而然就落在了我的肩上。面对去年党员转进、转出混乱，流动党员管理不规范，党建材料凌乱等情况，今年我将把一系列材料整理、归档，主要包括党员名册、党支部分组、党员进出等，并对其进行更新，同时注重党员的远程教育。

　　2、加强团的建设：由于北桥街道拆迁办的需要，我村的团支部书记借调到拆迁办工作已1年多，随着拆迁任务的加重，村里团支部的事务已无暇管理。作为一名年轻的村干部，我有义务将团的建设纳入我工作的'一部分。利用工作之余，我将认真完成北桥街道团委布置的各项任务，不让我村因为团支书被借调而落后于其他兄弟村。

　　三、勤做实事，一如既往的做好份内工作

　　1、工会工作：在去年工会工作的基础上，继续推进今年的工会工作，在去年工会工作台帐的基础上不断地优化完善，同时做好集体合同、工资协商协议的签订和工会的换届选举工作。

　　2、关工委工作：虽然关心下一代工作委员会的核心成员是老党员、老干部，但是面对我村创建零犯罪村需要大量的书面材料、台帐是他们很难完成的，我将尽力为他们做好各类文书工作，负责将他们的工作文字化、电子化，以保证我村的关工委工作顺利进行。

　　3、支部工作台帐：支部工作的电子台帐是今年新增的内容，由于是第一年建电子档案，因此工作量相对较大，我将极力配合我村组织委员做好我村党总支的台帐，不管是速度还是质量都要争取在走在其他村的前列。

　　4、各类信息的村传递员：工作中我将主动承担起信息传递员的角色，负责好我村各类信息的上报，各类总结的撰写，各类会议的记录等，同时配合好各个条线做好各类普查工作，以保障各项信息的上传下达。

　　5、积极参与村里的集体事务：亲历亲为、以身作则是我村的传统，经过了半年的实践，我认识到了我村打扫卫生、清扫路面等小事一般都由村干部自己动手的。今年，我将继续一如既往，不怕苦不怕累，积极参与到此类事务中去。

　　四、加强个人的学习

　　1、加强自身理论知识的学习。工作之余，认真学习党中央的各类新政策、新知识，用新的理论知识丰富和武装自身的头脑。

　　2、加强个人能力的培养。在协助村干部开展日常工作的同时，认真学习他们为人处事、处理各类纠纷的能力，并在学习中勤总结、勤思考，把他们的处事方法、经验转化吸收为自己的智慧结晶。今年，我将重点学习他们在拆迁过程中与百姓沟通交流的方法，学习他们与百姓的谈判技巧与艺术。

　　3、继续以学习的姿态来工作，增强自身独挡一面的能力。

　　4、积极配合上级组织部门完成各项工作并自觉接受他们的监督、考核，按照组织的要求一丝不苟的工作，在工作中处处体现一名省招村官的优势。

　　有了以上的工作的计划，我的工作有了目标和方向。在新的一年里，我将更加努力的工作，积极配合村里其他干部的安排，在保证村各项工作顺利开展的同时增强自己各方面的能力。
